Yes — for the holiday collection we currently work on a pre-order basis. We collect requests, check factory capacity and logistics, then confirm which orders can be produced in time.

Your order is considered confirmed only after:

1. We have sent you a written quotation and approximate lead time.
2. You have approved the quotation in writing.
3. We have received payment by the specified date.

If we cannot guarantee production or delivery in time, we will tell you before you pay.

No. All prices shown on the website exclude VAT and delivery.

• Delivery is calculated separately based on destination, weight, packing and service (standard / express).

The final amount payable is always confirmed in an individual quotation.

Yes. We arrange EU-wide and international delivery using insured carriers. For small items (planters, trivets, phone stands, ashtrays) we typically use parcel services with protective packing. For larger or multiple items, we may recommend crate-based shipping.

We use only Portuguese marbles from the Estremoz–Borba–Vila Viçosa area — warm creams, whites and pinks such as Rosa Portugal, as well as select greys. For each item we propose stones that look good at small scale and have stable structure for detailed work.

Marble naturally tolerates the heat of everyday use such as teapots, cafetières and serving dishes. However, we do not recommend placing red-hot pans directly from the oven or open flame onto marble. Let cookware cool slightly or use an extra layer (linen or cork) if in doubt.

Marble is a natural stone and can be sensitive to oils, acids and strong pigments. We seal our products to improve resistance, but:

• Wipe ashes and liquids regularly.
• Avoid leaving fertiliser or soil on polished surfaces.

With basic care, marble gifts age beautifully and develop a subtle patina.

In many cases, yes. On request we can discuss engraving or subtle marking (logo, initials, short word) depending on the item and marble type. This is quoted separately and may slightly extend lead time.

For private clients, you can usually order from one piece upwards.
For studios and corporate gifts, we can prepare small series in consistent marble (for example, 10–50 identical planters or phone stands), subject to stock and factory capacity.

Each item is wrapped and cushioned in a protective box suitable for parcel delivery. Larger or multiple orders can be consolidated and packed in a wooden crate. All shipments are sent with insured transport; in case of transport damage we ask for photos of the packaging and items so we can file a claim and offer a solution.
