| Stone selection We independently source in the Estremoz–Borba–Vila Viçosa cluster, shortlisting Portuguese marble by tone, vein, availability and lead time. You get moodboard options, bundle notes and starting price guidance. |
| Layout We prepare layout logic installers love: grid and joint plans, book-match/vein-match, mitred build-ups, edge profiles and tolerances. You approve cut-maps before fabrication to minimise waste and surprises. |
| Site measure We take precise on-site measurements to make stone fit the reality, not the drawing: levels, out-of-square walls, openings, appliance positions and clearances. You get a clean baseline for templating and a safer install. |
| AutoCAD drawings We turn your idea into production-ready AutoCAD: templates, elevations, edge details, mitres, cut-outs, sink reveals, tolerances and joint positions. You approve the final shop drawings before we release anything to fabrication. |
| Fabrication The factory handle CNC cutting, sink/hob cut-outs, edge finishing and calibration to EU standards. We provide bundle and packing photos, then final QC before dispatch. |
| Logistics & Delivery Coordination Export-grade wooden crates/frames, insured transport, delivery windows and unloading guidance. Worldwide shipping with customs paperwork; CE/EN documentation and DoP available on request. |
| Installation We coordinate experienced installers who know stone: dry-fit checks, adhesive selection, seam alignment, siliconing and final finishing. For projects outside Portugal, we provide install packs and remote guidance so local teams can execute with the same standards. |
